This wellness is not only good for goals, but it is important for the rest of your life. Body Type      There are three different body types. The first is ectomorph. An ectomorph is a body type with a slender, slight build. It is characterized by a lower percentage of body fat, small bone size, and a small amount of muscle size and mass. People who have this body type exhibit a lean appearance, often with long, slender arms and legs.  The second is endomorph. An endomorph is a body type with a large, soft, bulging body and pear-shaped appearance.   Selecting Physical Activity      There are many things to keep in mind when selecting physical activity. It is recommended that young adults engage in 60 minutes of physical activity everyday. When selecting what you will do, it is important to consider these questions: 1. Which components of physical fitness do you need/want to improve?  2. What types of activities do you enjoy?  3. Why types of activities help you manage your stress?  4. What sports skills do you have?  5. Would you like to participate with others in these activities or on your own?  6.     S.M.A.R.T. Goals    A goal is something you want to achieve. The best goals are S.M.A.R.T. goals. This acronym can help you make goals that will help you in the future.      Goals can be short-term or long-term. Short-term goals can take anywhere from an hour to a week. Long-term goals can be anywhere from a month to your whole lifetime! Goal setting is a life skill. It will help keep you focused and motivated, avoid procrastination, and allow you to measure progress.      S.M.A.R.T. stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. A good goal has all five of these qualities. When a goal is specific, this means it is clear and easy to understand. T hink about what you want to accomplish, why it is important to you, who is involved, and what resources and/or limitations are involved. When a goal is measurable, you have to set a numerical value for your goal. Before determining this, make sure your number is reali...

Your physical, mental/emotional, and social wellness are used to determine these factors, therefore evaluating your health ...
